Utilities Ltd. was established in 2004, with main activity engineering services in the field HVAC (heating, ventilation and air-conditioning). The objective is to expand these activities and offer services for the renewable energy sources (RES) and energy efficiency (EE) market.

Utilities Ltd. is a daughter company of the first specialised HVAC store in Bulgaria, which opened its doors to the public in 1993.

Today the company is a distributor of leading producers in the field HVAC and RES. In addition, Utilities Ltd. offers energy efficiency audits and certification of buildings, renovation of buildings and building installations. The company offers solutions for the residential, industrial and public sector. Our engineers have more than 15 years experience on the market for goods and services, field HVAC and EE.

Utilities Ltd. possesses a large storehouse area (1350m2). Currently, an Energy Center is being established as supplement to the company – “Center for Energy, Energy Sources, Environment and New Technologies”. This Center will be a major field for demonstration and distribution of new technologies in the fields HVAC and RES, as well as a place for development of energy efficiency projects.

The company is a member of the National Installation Union and the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
