Pestim energia Ltd. (translated to English: We save energy Ltd.) is an innovative engineering and trade company based in Sliven – a pivotal central location in terms of transportation routes in Bulgaria.

The focus of our activities is engineering design, trade and installation of a large variety of HVAC (heating, ventilation and air-conditioning) and RES (renewable energy sources) equipment. Special attention is dedicated to energy-efficient and environment-friendly solutions. In addition, the company offers energy efficiency audits and certification of buildings and building installations.

Professional services

Our senior consultants have more than 18 years of experience in providing HVAC and RES services. Pestim energia Ltd. is a successor of one of the first specialized engineering stores in Bulgaria, which was established in 1993.

The company is a member of the National Installation Union and the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Industrial base

Pestim energia Ltd. possesses a large storehouse area (1350m2). Currently, an Energy Center is being established as part of the company – “Center for Energy, Energy Sources, Environment and New Technologies”. The Energy Center will be a major field for project development, demonstration and distribution of new technologies in the fields HVAC and RES.

The excellent location and the universality of the engineering design and construction of the building make our real estate premises suitable for commercial activities, as well as for manufacturing purposes. Building location – on a main highway – Bansko shose, Industrial zone, Sliven Bansko shose is the main highway leading from Sliven to Stara Zagora, Plovdiv and Sofia. Тhe industrial zone of Sliven houses many exhibition halls, industrial warehouses, furniture and lighting equipment factories, etc.

Some of the latest company projects are listed below:

• June 2010 – Full-care house for children with disabilities, the village of Iskra – renovation of the heating and ventilation systems
• July 2010 – Kindergarten “Yana Laskova”, Karnobat – renovation of the heating and ventilation systems. Heat sources: a gas boiler. Delivery and installation of a heat-recovery ventilation system.
• July 2010 – Office building, Bulgarian industrial group JSCo., Nova Zagora – technical engineering consultations, delivery and installation of fan-coils.
• August 2010 – Factory for processing of fish and seafood Fishcom Ltd., Sliven – delivery and installation of a system for water filtering and UV sterilization.
• September 2010 – Administrative Centre, Municipality of Karnobat – delivery and installation of energy-saving condensation boiler, renovation of the heating system.
• September 2010 – Factory for fermentation of fruit beverages, Straldzha – engineering design, delivery and installation of ventilation systems.
• September 2010 – Commercial Centre, Tri-Invest Ltd., Sliven – engineering design, delivery and installation of innovative ventilation systems (one of the first such projects in Bulgaria) – air purification via Swedish products Aircode and Zero cassette (elimination of smells, bacteria, fungi, oil fat); energy-saving heating and domestic hot water installations.
• Technical consultations, design, delivery and installation of heating, ventilation, and energy-saving solutions for numerous customers from the residential sector.
